These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Inspection Compression website and platform operated by Inspection Compression LLC. This page is a plain-language summary provided for the redesign and should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
You may use the platform only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inspection data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Inspection Compression provides tools to help structure and document inspection programs aligned with IIAR-6, RAGAGEP, OSHA PSM, and CalARP expectations. The platform supports your compliance program but does not replace your independent professional judgment or your legal obligations. You remain responsible for meeting all applicable regulatory requirements.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence stated at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide notice of any material change to pricing.
The platform, its content, and its branding are the property of Inspection Compression LLC. Your inspection data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspection Compression is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
